Summary:
We have been working with Ay-Vee to support additional resource to events by way of the packages booked. We have utilised equipment, high quality and experienced AV technicians who have covered general tasks and maintenance through to high Calabar events.
Issue to be resolved:
Ensuring that we have a regular technician pool to work alongside those working in house at RIBA to allow us to provide AV support for events.
Action taken:
Ay-Vee sourced technicians/ interviewed and trailed and upon confirming experience and credentials joined RIBA to support events as required. 
Result:
More agile working within in house technicians supporting plethora of both internal and external events at RIBA. Showcasing the venue and all its stature.
Next Steps:
We will continue to work with Ay-Vee for future events.
